Live/Work Gardening Exchange + Coworking: Island Pilot in the Portuguese Azores

Duration: Four weeks across two, 2-week sessions | Spots: 8 (4 per each 2 week session)

Come explore the magic of the Azores and São Miguel island, the largest island in the Portuguese Archipelago. Located in a series of nine volcanic islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, São Miguel island is dotted with geysers, hot springs, mineral waters, and waterfalls. Nicknamed “the Green Island,” we’ll be putting our green thumbs to use by caring for a neglected orchard that needs a dose of Cabin love. This experience is a work/live exchange program focused on connecting with the land through gardening, land stewardship, and exploring the natural beauties of the island.

• What: Live/Work Gardening Exchange + Coworking. This is a work/live exchange program where residents work 20 hours per week in exchange for lodging accommodations, food, and transportation.

• Dates: January 29, 2023 - February 26, 2023. The four weeks are split into two, 2-week sessions. Yes, you can stay for both segments, or just one.

• Cost: There is no cost for this experience. All you need to do is purchase a flight to Sao Miguel island’s airport (PDL) and work 20 hours per week.

• What’s Included: Food, accommodations, and transportation to and from the airport.

• Capacity: 8 across both sessions. Camping for people is available as well if they bring their own gear.

Cowork & Explore: Colombia

Duration: 1 week | Spots: 12

Escape the winter and drop into the beauty of Colombia in this 7-night immersive coworking and coliving experience. Taste the food, coffee, and culture as we live, work, and adventure together in one of the world’s most beautiful countries.

• What: Cowork and Explore. A week-long coliving, coworking, and adventuring experience. This experience is perfect for folks that want to get a sampling of Cabin coliving without spending their time contributing to a work/live exchange.

• Dates: February 26, 2023 - March 5, 2023

• What’s Included:

  • Lodging accommodations

  • Three meals a day,

  • Two group excursions

  • Transportation to and from the Medellín airport

• Cost: This all inclusive experience ranges from $700-$1,000 for the seven nights. There are both private bedrooms and shared dormitory style rooms. Each room, whether private or shared, has its own bathroom connected to the room.

Private Coliving in the Texas Hill Country: Neighborhood Zero

Duration: Month-to-month coliving | Spots: 8

Rolling hills, Texan barbecue, and historic heritage only 45 minutes west of Austin, the Texas Hill Country offers a quiet respite from the bustle, without fully relinquishing the conveniences of city life. It’s a great way to merge home and adventure, solitude and community.

Neighborhood Zero offers private bedrooms and bathrooms with fully furnished community spaces, an on-site sauna, and high-speed wifi — with stunning vistas, beautiful trailheads, and curious wildlife out the front door.

This 9-bedroom, redwood coliving house tucked into the Easter Sierras offers private bedrooms, high-speed wifi, and shared coworking spaces... with peaceful pine forests, simmering hot springs, and dramatic glacier lakes out the front door.
